monk - one who chooses to leave mainstream society and live a life in prayer and contemplation. most monks of the buddhist tradition wear very simple robes made of one piece of draped cloth which covers one shoulder, leaving the other one bare and represents their detachment from the physical world in their pursuit of enlightenment. the design of this top recalls the drapes and silhouette of the simple monastic robes.
Being all our garments entirely handmade, each one of them requires special care and attention.
